The Halt Desk (operated by READY SET GO ENTERTAINMENT LLC, "the Company") is a subscription chat room where members discuss trading ideas, market activity, and strategy. Content shared in the room — including by moderators, hosts, and other members — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
2. Not investment advice; no adviser relationship
The Company is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing in the room constitutes personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. No content shared here should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Using this service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and the Company or any of its officers, members, moderators, or affiliates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and any and all of its officers, members, moderators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, damages, or costs arising from or related to your use of this service, whether based on information shared by the Company, its staff, or other members. Where a limitation of liability cannot be fully disclaimed under applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Company and its officers, members, and affiliates to you is limited to the total fees you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and any and all of its officers, members, moderators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your trading activity or your violation of these terms.
8. Community conduct
Members agree to follow the room rules posted on the main site, including staying on topic, refraining from hate speech or harassment, and not using the room to promote outside paid services or competing chat rooms. The Company reserves the right to remove any member for violating these rules, without refund.
9. Changes to these terms
The Company may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
